We have progressive and robust exercise paths designed specifically for women experiencing the menopause transition. With daily coaching and follow-along exercise videos you can do at home with minimal equipment, we make it easy to achieve all of the recommended exercise targets for this population in terms of strength training, aerobic exercise, and mobility training while improving core and pelvic floor strength and function with our clinically-proven exercises. Following our exercise program, you can expect to improve symptoms such as back pain, urinary leaking, abdominal separation or weakness, and pelvic pain while becoming increasingly active to feel your best now and into the future.
