After my third child my diastasis was 2 1/2-3 fingers at 9 months PPD, and I was honestly feeling really defeated with it. I'd manage to close it some with physical therapy, but my core was still so weak. I am on Day 32 of the Reclaim Classic path and I'm feeling so much stronger! My separation is closed down to 1/2-1 1/2 fingers which is a huge improvement. My core is so much more functional. -Leigh
The Every Mother program is the only thing that has worked for my postpartum urinary incontinence. I can actually run and sneeze without having an accident or pee run down my leg! I've gone to a physical therapist and had electrodes gauge my muscle strength, and even all that did not help. This program is easy. I don't sweat. I don't feel strained, and I can definitely give myself 10 minutes a day to help my pelvic floor strength. It truly does work. -Beth

I just went for a two mile run- with no urge to pee!! That’s kind of a funny milestone but it has previously been unachievable for me. I did light Core Compressions with every exhale. I have been wanting to get back into running so badly and now it finally seems possible again. -Rae
Don’t give up. Trust the process. There will be set backs. There will be times you don’t see progress or you think what you are doing isn’t making a difference. But it is. You deserve this. The weight, the depression, the fatigue, the leaking, the pain- they do not have to be the cost of motherhood. Remember you are worth it. Do this for you. -Kathleen
Great program for busy new mothers. I got in shape extremely quickly after my c-section. Quick workouts that are effective and build in intensity over time so you don’t feel like they are too hard right off the bat. I recommend this program to all my friends all the time. -Jennifer

I’ve been using this to recover from my c-section, and I love it! I felt like I had 0 strength postpartum and was so discouraged that working seemed impossible. But I can do these! These exercises are gentle on my core and have helped me regain my core strength in a safe way. The first time I measured my DR I couldn’t even feel my ab separation, it was all just floppy. If you are having any trouble with low back pain, pelvic floor problems, a weak core, or looking like you’re still pregnant months or even years after giving birth, do a self-check for DR (Every Mother has a video how-to). Lots of my friends talk about these kind of problems like they are something we are supposed to live with, which is really heart-breaking. I decided to give these exercises a try for just one month, and I’ve now been at it for a year and a half! -Sarah
