You can get started as soon as you feel comfortable 24 hours after birth. We offer 2 prescriptive exercise Paths that are designed to bridge the gap between birth and your 6-week check-up. Each gently reintroduce the core and pelvic floor connection. The Early Postpartum Path is designed for a vaginal delivery and the Surgical Recovery Path is for those who gave birth via C-Section (and is also appropriate following other surgeries). Once you join us, we will ask a few questions to place you into the best Path for your current stage.
