We offer a wide variety of workout styles (i.e. HIIT, weight training, yoga, pilates, etc.) but I consider one of the biggest perks to be our curated exercise paths (and clinically proven exercises) that take all of the guesswork out of what to do for the day. It's very simple to open the app and immediately get started with exercises that are both effective and efficient.
Once you become an Every Mother member, you will complete a brief symptom onboarding survey in order to determine the perfect exercise Path for you based on all the symptoms you are currently experiencing (including pelvic floor!). We will then provide you with a prescriptive Path of daily workouts so that you never have to figure out what to do for the day. We recommend our foundational exercise for 10 minutes each day and include full-body workouts 3-5 days each week (incorporating rest days). All full-body workouts range from 10-30 minutes and are in video format. You will also have the ability to self-select workouts from a Workout Library if you are feeling great and want to do a workout on a rest day.
