I have DR and I am perimenopausal. Which program is best?

If you have DR and are perimenopausal, we recommend you choose the Reclaim Path, which focuses more on diastasis recti rehabilitation (for example, Reclaim Classic). Then, when you have resolved diastasis recti, you can switch over to one of our RISE Paths.
