If you are pregnant and do not have diastasis recti, we still recommend completing the Core Compression exercises.

Core Compressions are the key to preventing diastasis recti during pregnancy, preparing for birth, avoiding common pregnancy discomforts, and paving the way for an optimal recovery. They are essential.
