All workouts presented in the Prepare stage are appropriate and follow ACOG guidelines for exercise during pregnancy. We have provided a prescriptive exercise Path so that you don't have to figure out what to do each day, however, if you prefer you can confidently select any full-body workouts from the Workout library.
Are all workouts on EM prenatal safe? I’m 11 weeks so wondering if there are specific ones I should focus on.
