Here is how to cancel your subscription. First, log in to your account either through the website or app. Next, use the dropdown in the upper right to select Account & Subscription. Here you will find the Cancel link.
You can cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer full or partial refunds.
If you made your purchase through the Apple App Store, you must cancel through the App Store. Please follow these steps:
Launch the Settings app.
Tap on your name at the top. (Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases)
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
If you made your purchase through the Google Play Store, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Subscriptions in Google Play.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Follow all instructions.
